Lessons
Here at Tandy's Music Shack we offer lessons on a variety of instruments, including drums, bass, guitar and Saxaphone. If you just want to play, we have a very relaxed atmosphere for you to learn in, if you want to go through your grades, that's fine too.
It doesn't matter how old you are. Learning a new instrument can be a fun, challenging thing to do whether you're 8 or 80.
If you are a parent thinking about getting your child lessons go ahead! Research has shown that music training can dramatically improve abstract reasoning skills, the skills needed to learn science and maths. Music can teach you to use different parts of your brain, it can help develop self-esteem, critical thinking skills, it teaches cooperation, leadership and many other personal development skills. Music education improves abilities in reading, writing, math, and science. So it isn't just because your child WANTS to learn, it will be good for them too.

- 1/2 Hour: £13.50
- 3/4 Hour £20
- 1 Hour £24
ALL lessons are one on one, no group sessions.
